2 Days Chimpanzee Trekking Safari

2 Days Chimpanzee Trekking Safari is a very short safari that will get you hooked in a very short time. You will be able to summarize a chimpanzee trekking safari in just two days but you will have seen a lot.

Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park

Depending on the location in Kampala, you will drive to Kibale forest national park with lunch en-route in Fort portal town and a visit to Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru stalagmites site and crater lakes tour. Proceed to Kibale arriving in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay at Chimpanzee forest guest house/Isunga lodge/Kyaninga lodge

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking – Kibale forest and return Kampala

Continue the 2 Days Chimpanzee Trekking Safari and have an early morning breakfast then go for briefing and start Chimpanzee trekking. Kibale Forest National Park is one of the best safari destinations in Africa for chimpanzee tracking. Kibale’s 795km2 National Park contains one of the most beautiful and with the most varying tracts of tropical forest in the whole of Uganda. This is place to a number of forest wildlife, most especially 13 species of primate coupled with chimpanzees. After trekking, transfer back to Kampala with en route lunch. Arrive late evening and be dropped off at a location you will advise.
