Primate Lodge Kibale National Park has nine very spacious and en-suite luxury cottages each secluded deep in the forest cover for maximum privacy and a natural ‘living in nature and wilderness’ feel. Each of these nine luxury cottages come with complete 2 Double size beds or 1 King Size Bed, a sitting area with two comfortable arm chairs, a reading table and an adjoining large veranda with excellent views of the forest. 

There are also seven mid-level Forest Cottages at the Primate Lodge. These seven mid-level forest cottages are private and en-suite each with spacious bathrooms, 2 Twin size beds or 1 King size bed, spacious verandas with lounge chairs, each over-looking the vast rainforest of Kibale National Park. The very popular double storied Elephant Banda has an upstairs bedroom well fitted with a giant king size bed and a downstairs living room from where an extra bed can be placed in case there is need. This Elephant Banda is popular among honeymooners or couples on anniversary getaways or simply those “hopeless romantics”, and can also get to enjoy a private lounging and dining time at the extensive upstairs veranda.

Primate Lodge Kibale National Park has a secluded Sky Tree House about 500 meters deep into the forest, best suited for those very adventurous travellers. The sky tree house is hang upon a gigantic tree with an elevation of about 10meters above the ground, and is overlooking an elephant meadow. While in the sky tree house, travellers are rewarded with stunning views over the forest canopy which is usually visited by primates like the black and white colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys, blue monkeys, or even chimpanzees some times. Forest elephants could also be spotted at times when up on a sky tree house. This sky tree house has one bedroom fitted with a single size bunk bed enough to accommodate two persons on the separate beds. Guests staying at the sky tree house dine and refresh at the main lodge dining room, and need to be escorted to and from the sky tree house before dusk and after day break.

There is also an adjacent camp site with a take away restaurant for convenience at the Primate Lodge. Travellers are reminded to bring along their own camping gear.
