What are the rules for chimpanzee trekking in the holiday season : Chimpanzee trekking is one of the most popular safari activities done in during the different holidays, summer holidays, Christmas holidays, independence holidays among other holidays. However, this activity is also done in the usually calendar days that are not holidays necessarily; though during the holidays, its more people and more trekking intervals. • When taking pictures and videos, do not use flashes, the flashes trigger the chimps to be violence and rowdy.

  

• Only persons above 15 years are allowed to trek the chimpanzees, so if you came with children to the park, unfortunately they won’t have the chance to trek the chimps.
• Do not have any direct eye contact with the chimpanzees, it will trigger them to fight. This goes for any aggressive behavior, resist from it for the sake of the chimps and for your safety. In the same was keep you voices low when in the presence of the chimpanzees in order not to aggravate them.
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke in the presence of the chimpanzees. In the same way do not feed the chimpanzees or even touch them in any way.
• If you are to cough or sneeze, do not do it in front of the chimpanzees. You will spread your diseases to the animals which we don’t want to see happen.
• And most follow the gorilla ranger’s guidance and lead at all times.
